The pace of modern life is fraught with daily challenges, pressures and anxieties – yet we often have no time to simply stop and take stock of who we are, what we want from life and how best to achieve the goals we set for ourselves.
For many of us, life is filled with distractions, negative thought patterns, reduced energy and a lack of motivation and energy, or the time to do something about it all.
Mindfulness can help us to focus our concentration and find calm within the chaos, allowing us to stay in touch with the present moment and deal effectively with problems in an insightful and creative way, building inner resilience in the process.
One to One Mindfulness coaching
Our mindfulness coaching sessions in Harley Street, London, work with people who struggle with the inner self critic, stress, anxiety and depression.
Based on the principles of a proven 8-week Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course, we’ll provide you with a regular space which enables you both to reflect together on the mindfulness practice and explore how it impacts and integrates with your relationships your work and your life.
The sessions are dedicated to helping you to develop and deepen the growth, understanding and effectiveness of mindfulness as it relates to your own needs and challenges.
Benefits of mindfulness coaching can include:
greater insight and self-awareness
better concentration and creativity
greater friendliness to oneself and others
improved physical health
a fresher relationship to our experience and the world around us
Starting with a 60-90 minute discovery session, the personalised programme we offer builds into weekly hour-long consultations to develop and refine the mindfulness process to the point where you’re able to recall the skills on your own.
In this course, we broaden the scope to develop family relationships. Mindfulness can nourish us as parents and greatly benefit our family lives, reducing stress, speed and destructive behaviour and enabling us to be fully present for our children.
Mindful parenting is based on an adaptation of MBSR and MBCT and we help parents to recognise relationship patterns arising in their relationship with their child that may originate from their own childhood.
The exercises we teach help parents reconnect emotionally with their child after a difficult conflict, finding ways to hold any situation with courage and kindness.
When we find ourselves dealing with difficult relationships, mindfulness can help us to find ourselves again, allowing us to repair the relationship with ourselves and with others.
By teaching skills in compassion and communication we help you to change your attitude towards your relationships for the better, allowing you to recognise and resolve old patterns and find ways to deal with difficult situations with courage and kindness.
Mindfulness in the Workplace.

This programme will help you to maintain the integrity of mindfulness training in the face of workplace challenges, allowing you to adapt to changing and sometimes difficult circumstances whilst staying true to the essence of who you are.
