Hi, I’m Francis Currie.
As a cognitive hypnotherapist and executive coach, I help people achieve the desired results when it’s time for a change.
I first qualified as a practitioner in hypnotherapy in 2003, and later graduated as a cognitive hypnotherapist from the internationally recognised Quest Institute.
Cognitive hypnotherapy is a highly effective form of modern hypnotherapy. It draws on neuroscience, timeline therapy and other disciplines to create a powerful, effective, therapeutic framework to help clients affect powerful, positive, personal change.
If you’re like most people, you’ll have areas of your life where you feel stuck and want to move on. Maybe you notice specific things that are holding you back or getting in the way. These may be negative or unhelpful emotions, feelings, attitudes, or behaviours you want to reverse or alter.
As a clinical hypnotherapist, I have experience working with a wide range of individual mental and emotional issues, and my specialist areas include helping people manage stress, address anxiety, boost self-esteem, increase confidence and support public performance. It is often remarkable to see how rapidly people are able to make changes in their lives when they are supported with hypnotherapy.
I find it very rewarding to be able to help people at Zoë Clews & Associates, and I am enormously proud of the work we do. Hypnotherapy is a fast, effective and gentle treatment, for a wide range of issues. It doesn’t ask people to repeat or relive any past traumas or negative experiences, nor to talk about those things over and over again.
Before becoming a hypnotherapist and coach my own corporate career was in the high-pressure world of media. As a senior executive I led and coached entrepreneurs, executives, managers, performers and high-profile personalities, and this role was the catalyst for investing in my own professional development, learning advanced techniques to help people create transformational change for themselves.
Now in private practice, I bring all this experience to the consulting room.
